Carmela Zilberstein is an experienced mediator in both the public and private sectors. She specializes in the resolution of communications, business, consumers, family, and community disputes. Established and managed the Kiryat Ono Community Mediation Center in 2005-2015 and was responsible for recruiting mediators, training and developing professional knowledge. Initiated with Dr. Omer Shapira the establishment of the Mediators' Ethics Forum and serves as the coordinator of the Forum and a driving force in its operation. Advises mediation centers during the process of establishment.
