Dr. Nir Mann is an Israeli historian, a graduate of the Kibbutz Beit-method, a research fellow from the funds Uri Ilan and Dr. Shoshana Frankel Bar-Ilan University.

Mann wrote and edited books on various topics in the history of the Jewish community in Israel in the 20th century, and the studies were published in IDF history department and historical journals. Articles and reviews of the books written by the newspapers are "kibbutz", "earth" and "Makor Rishon"
