Shelly Zer-Zion (Ph.D) is a lecturer of theater, Department of Theater, at The University of Haifa in Israel. She has published numerous articles on the history of Hebrew theater, the crystallization of Habima, and the interconnections between Hebrew theater to Modernist theater cultures in German and Yiddish in the twentieth century.
