In this volume is a selection of studies in the field of public international law, which the author wrote during the first half of the 20th century. Some essays discuss topics of general international law, but most of them are concerned with the struggle of the Jewish people for national liberation, the establishment of the State of Israel, the Arab-Israel conflict and what is generally described as the "Jewish Question."
