This book is a collection of articles, conversations and lectures that were conceived as a part of Isaiah Leibowitzs study and deliberation on the subject of natural sciences and Humanities. The materials for this collection were compiled from varied sources: other collections, journals, recordings, the Hebrew encyclopedia and more. The book mainly deals with the conflict between "facts" and "values". There are philosophers who see this conflict as the axis on which philosophical thinking circles, in all its courses and in all times: whether it introduces actual duality or just a duality that exists in our consciousness.
